Live Breathwork & Journaling Ceremony | 1.5 hours | Live + replay

I invite you to come exactly as you are to mark a rite of passage into a new chapter.

Before stepping into what’s new, it’s important to close what is ending, give meaning to what has been lived, and honor the cycle that is coming to a close.

I invite you to cross this threshold together, where:

✨ We reconcile with the past by forgiving, acknowledging, and honoring where we come from.
✨ We meet the present by opening ourselves through vulnerability and authenticity.
✨ We commit to ourselves and to the path we wish to walk.

The Practices

You'll be guided through reflective journaling, Ho’oponopono meditation, and Breathwork, we will gently close this chapter at the level of the body, the heart, and the nervous system.
Not by thinking our way through it, but by allowing the experience to be felt, named, and integrated.

This space is not about forcing closure, fixing anything, or “ending on a high.”
There is no pressure to arrive at clarity or positivity.

Instead, we take time to honor what was, to acknowledge the resilience it took to live through it, and to recognize what has been learned along the way.

The breath becomes a steady support — helping the body soften, the heart open, and what is ready to be released to let go at its own pace.

From this place, gratitude can arise naturally, not as an obligation, but as a quiet recognition.
And integration happens gently, when the system feels safe enough to move on.

What Can Breathwork Unlock?

  • Emotional release without retraumatization

Breathwork helps emotions move through the body gently and safely — without needing to relive the pain. It's a powerful way to process and release what’s been stored.
  • Deep nervous system regulation

Through conscious breathing, your body learns to shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore. This allows for deep calm, clarity, and a renewed sense of safety within.
  • Connection to inner child and stored memory

Old patterns often stem from unprocessed childhood experiences. Breathwork can help you reconnect with these younger parts of yourself, offering compassion, healing, and a sense of integration.

  • A sense of clarity, peace, and purpose

When tension releases and emotions settle, you reconnect with your truth. Breathwork clears the fog and helps you tune in to what really matters to you.

Breathing is the first act of life and the last.

Meet your Guide

I’m Carmen—a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, therapist, and yoga teacher— and I guide with the tools that have supported my own healing the most.

My journey with Breathwork began with dynamic, intense practices inspired by the SOMA method and Wim Hof. Over time, my path shifted when my dear friend and teacher Catalina Rojas introduced me to a gentler, more intuitive way of breathing. Since then, this softer, trauma-sensitive approach has become both my personal practice and what I now offer to others.

My work weaves together the power of conscious circular breath, Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), yogic wisdom, and energy healing. I hold a safe, nurturing space where breath becomes a gateway to emotional release, self-discovery, and lasting transformation.
