This ceremony creates space to recognize what you’ve lived, learned, and carried through the year.

The Intention

Together, we will create a safe and intentional space to reflect on the past year —
what you lived,
what you overcame,
what you are still moving through,
and the wisdom that has emerged along the way.

Through guided reflection, journaling, Ho’oponopono meditation, and Breathwork, we will gently close this chapter at the level of the body, the heart, and the nervous system.

This is not about forcing closure or “ending on a high.”
It is about honoring what was, acknowledging your resilience, and allowing the breath to support release, gratitude, and integration.

  • Opening & grounding

  • Ho’oponopono meditation (for forgiveness, compassion & reconciliation)

  • Guided journaling on gratitude, learnings & achievements

  • Breathwork journey for integration and closure
