This is a gentle 6-week Yoga journey for people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to slow down — and want to come back to their body and regulate their nervous system.

It can feel powerless to be caught in the cycle of addiction. The confusion, the guilt, the wish to change but not knowing how... In this 10-Week journey we'll meet in a small, private group. I'll be there with you, life walking besides you as we explore recovery through Compassionate Inquiry, Kundalini & Yin Yoga, and therapeutic Breathwork.

A space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with who you are beneath the stress, pressure, and survival patterns.

We live in a world that encourages constant doing — where slowing down can even feel uncomfortable.

Many people feel overwhelmed.
Always thinking, doing, pushing… rarely pausing.

Over time, this can show up as tension in the body, a mind that doesn’t switch off, and a disconnection from what you need.

This space is an invitation to pause.
To soften.
To breathe.
To come back to your body.

Return to Yourself was created as a space to support you in this.

This space is for you if:

  • You feel constantly “on” and struggle to switch off
  • You feel tired but wired
  • Your mind keeps racing
  • You feel disconnected from your body
  • You want to feel calm, grounded, and safe again

Inside the program, you will experience:

  • Gentle nervous system regulation practices
  • Slow Hatha, Yin & somatic movement
  • Guided breathwork for calming and release
  • Meditations for awareness and energy flow
  • Yoga Nidra (deep rest for body and mind)
  • Moments of stillness, rest, and integration
  • Optional self-inquiry and journaling
  • Access to optional videos and practices between sessions, including meditations and journaling prompts for deeper integration

The Yogic Sleep 
  • A somatic psychotherapy approach. CI helps you explore the deeper roots of your addiction with kindness and curiosity. By uncovering unconscious patterns and emotional blocks.
  • CI supports lasting healing and self-awareness, helping you break free from old habits at their source.

  • Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that awakens your inner energy and promotes profound healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
  • Yin Yoga complements this by deeply calming your nervous system, encouraging relaxation, balance, and restoration—essential for recovery and emotional regulation.

  • Therapeutic Breathwork helps release trapped emotions and stress stored in the body.
  • It creates space for emotional clarity and relief, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and process difficult feelings safely.

  • These materials allow you to revisit key concepts and exercises anytime, helping you stay connected to your healing journey beyond the sessions.

How It Works

Program Details:

  • Duration 6 weeks
  • Live session: 1x per week
  • Length: 75 minutes
  • Time: Tuesdays at 7:00 PM CET / 1:00 PM ET 
  • Recordings included

Each 75-minute session includes:

  • Arrival & grounding
  • Gentle movement (Hatha / Yin)
  • Breathwork for regulation
  • Meditation or Yoga Nidra (deep rest)
  • Integration & stillness

You will also be part of a private Telegram group where you can:

  • Receive weekly reflections

🌿 The Journey

Over these 6 weeks, we will move gently through different themes, supporting your nervous system step by step.

Each week builds on the previous one — allowing your body to feel safer, softer, and more connected.

Week 1 — Safety & Grounding

“I can slow down”

We arrive by creating a sense of safety in the body. 
We move from fight or flight to a sense of calmness  with the help of  the breath and grounding movements. 


Week 2 — Releasing Accumulated Tension

“I can let go”

As the body begins to feel safer, we gently release stored tension.
This week supports the softening of stress patterns and allows space for emotional release.


Week 3 — Energy & Vitality 

“Energy can flow again”

With more space in the body, energy can begin to move more freely.
We explore gentle activation to restore vitality—without force or pressure.


Week 4 — Heart & Connection 

“I can open safely”

From a place of stability, we begin to open the heart.
This week invites compassion, connection, and a deeper relationship with yourself.


Week 5 — Expression & Clarity

“I can express my truth”

When we can express our truth, we can live our truth.    
You’ll begin to feel more clarity and confidence in your inner voice.


Week 6 — Integration & Purpose 

“I trust my path”

We close the journey with integration and reflection.
A space to feel grounded, connected, and more aligned with yourself and your direction.

My name is Carmen, and I bring together:

  • 15+ years of training and teaching in Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing & Spiritual Practices around the world.

  • 7 years of full-time healing/therapeutic work with individuals and groups in Asia, Latin America and Europe.

  • Professional training in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté.

  • Completion and practice execution of the Beyond Addiction program with Sat Dharam Kaur.

  • Studies and practice in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy for chronic illness, Yin. Yoga, energy therapy modalities, and Therapeutic. Breathwork.

  • And my own personal journey through addiction.

FAQ's

What if I feel overwhelmed or anxious?

This program is created specifically for sensitive and overwhelmed nervous systems. You are always invited to go at your own pace, rest when needed, and listen to your body.

 

Do I need any previous experience with yoga or meditation?

No. Everything is guided and accessible. This space is designed for all levels, including complete beginners.


What if I can’t attend a live session?

All sessions are recorded and shared with you, so you can practice in your own time.

Will I have to share or speak in the sessions?

No. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply be present and receive.

Is this therapy?

This is not therapy, but it is a therapeutic space. The practices are designed to support regulation, awareness, and reconnection with your body.

 

How is this different from a regular yoga class?

This is not a typical yoga class focused on performance or achievement.
It’s a slow, guided journey focused on nervous system regulation, combining movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep rest.

What if I fall behind with the practices or extras?

There is nothing to keep up with. All additional materials are optional and here to support you gently. You can engage with them in your own time, or not at all.

How many people will be in the group?

The group is kept small (maximum 10 people) to create a safe, intimate, and supportive space.
