Therapeutic Breathwork
THE BRIDGE BETWEEN THE VISIBLE & THE INVISIBE
Throughout history, yogis and mystics alike have used the breath as a pathway to connect with their true essence, their spirit. I have seen many life transformations with a single session of Breathwork.
My approach is gentle, circular breath — no force, no striving, just an invitation for the breath to flow naturally and deeply throughout the body.
Breathwork differs from pranayama, which involves breath control. While pranayama is a great tool to calm and focus the mind for meditation, breathwork is a powerful therapeutic tool. Its benefits include:
-
Emotional release: Frees stored emotions like grief, anger, and fear.
-
Nervous system regulation: Calms the stress response and promotes healing.
-
Trauma healing: Supports the release of unresolved trauma.
-
Mental clarity: Clears the mind and brings insight.
-
Spiritual connection: Opens a sense of peace and oneness.
-
Self-awareness: Reveals unconscious patterns and restores inner power.
This is not about fixing or forcing — it’s about remembering. Returning home to the breath, to the body, to what’s true.

Who is Breathwork for?
Breathwork is for anyone looking to release stress, increase self-awareness, or improve their mental and physical well-being. It can be particularly beneficial for:
- High achievers or busy professionals: It helps alleviate burnout and stress, offering a way to reconnect with your body and calm your mind.
- People dealing with anxiety or trauma: Breathwork can help process emotions and release stuck energy, creating space for healing.
- Those seeking personal growth or spiritual connection: It’s a tool to explore deeper self-awareness and access higher states of consciousness.
- Anyone looking to improve their overall well-being: Whether you want to improve focus, sleep, or physical health, breathwork can have a transformative effect.
Breathwork is gentle enough for beginners but also powerful for those who have practiced it before. It’s a tool for anyone ready to take control of their health and well-being.
Compassionate Inquiry
A SOMATIC PSYCHOTHERAPY APPROACH

Developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, this talk-based therapeutic approach helps uncover the root causes of suffering by exploring the body, emotions, and subconscious beliefs — always with compassion and curiosity.
It’s especially supportive for those dealing with addictions, anxiety, burnout, or the lingering effects of trauma. Rather than treating symptoms, we explore what lies beneath them. Through this process, clients often experience:
-
Greater self-awareness: Understanding core wounds and patterns.
-
Emotional healing: Processing pain held in the body.
-
Trauma integration: Gently addressing early life experiences.
-
Clarity: Seeing the difference between who you are and what happened to you.
-
Empowerment: Reclaiming choice and agency.
-
Deeper presence: Feeling more grounded, connected, and alive.
Compassionate Inquiry isn’t about fixing — it’s about meeting yourself with truth and tenderness.
