I'll be there with you, life walking besides you as we explore recovery through Compassionate Inquiry, Kundalini & Yin Yoga, and therapeutic Breathwork.

Compassionate Inquiry (CI)
- A somatic psychotherapy approach. CI helps you explore the deeper roots of your addiction with kindness and curiosity. By uncovering unconscious patterns and emotional blocks.

Kundalini & Yin Yoga
- Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that awakens your inner energy and promotes profound healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
- Yin Yoga complements this by deeply calming your nervous system, encouraging relaxation, balance, and restoration—essential for recovery and emotional regulation.

Therapeutic Breathwork

Module 2 — Values, Stress & the Roots of Addiction
Explore the relationship between stress, trauma, and addiction. Learn how early experiences shape coping strategies, develop tools to regulate stress, and reconnect with your core values as a foundation for healing.
Module 3 — Authentic & Compassionate Communication
Learn to communicate from your true self rather than from fear or habit. This module supports conscious communication, emotional expression, healthy boundaries, and compassionate dialogue with yourself and others.
Module 4 — Releasing the Past & Accessing Inner Wisdom
Create space to release fear, emotional residue, and painful memories held in the body. Through breath, movement, and reflection, this module supports letting go of the past and accessing inner wisdom.
Module 5 — From Reaction to Choice
Understand how automatic reactions and emotional triggers fuel addictive patterns. Learn to pause, self-regulate, and respond consciously, cultivating responsibility and inner stability instead of reactivity.
Module 6 — Emotional Balance & Inner Stability
Explore emotional regulation through the lens of balance and neutrality. This module supports clearing subconscious patterns, working safely with anger, and cultivating steadiness, clarity, and emotional resilience.
Module 7 — Transforming Habits with Compassion
Learn how habits are formed and how to change them without self-punishment. Replace demoting habits with supportive ones and build daily practices that nourish body, mind, and spirit.
Module 8 — Conscious Choice & Breaking Cycles
Develop the ability to step out of repetitive patterns and align your actions with intention and integrity. This module supports conscious decision-making and sustainable change.
Module 9 — Self-Reliance & Compassionate Re-Parenting
Explore addiction through the lens of attachment. Learn to meet your own needs with care, develop self-trust, cultivate inner support, and move from dependence toward self-reliance.
Module 10 — Rewriting Your Story & Moving Forward

Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone who is ready to break free from addictions—whether to substances, behaviors, or thought patterns—and is seeking a holistic, compassionate, and body-centered approach to healing. It’s especially supportive for those in recovery or navigating relapse cycles.
What’s the difference between the group and 1:1 options?
The group program offers a supportive, small-group container with 1 live (2 hours) session per week (Yoga/Meditation and Compassionate Inquiry), while the 1:1 program provides a fully personalized experience with weekly private Yoga and Compassionate Inquiry sessions, Quantic Energy Healing, and ongoing check-in support.
Do I need experience with Yoga or meditation to join?
Not at all. The practices are designed to be accessible for all levels, including complete beginners. You’ll be guided step-by-step in a gentle and safe way.
What if I miss a session?
All Tuesday practice group sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so you can catch up at your own pace.
1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with 12h advance notice, based on availability. Otherwise, a recording will be available.
How much time should I set aside each week?
For the group program, plan for around 3-4 hours weekly (1 live session of 2 hours plus optional integration practices).
For the 1:1 journey, around 3-4 hours weekly including the live session, energy healing, and integration work.
Is this program a substitute for addiction treatment or therapy?
No. While it can be a powerful complement to your healing journey, this program is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you're in crisis, please seek professional or emergency support.
I’m not sure if I’m “addicted”—can I still join?
Yes. Many participants join to work through emotional dependency, recurring habits, or unresolved patterns, even if they don’t identify with the label of addiction.
What kind of support is included between sessions?
In the 1:1 program, you'll receive weekly voice or email check-ins for additional support.
Group participants are invited to connect through a private group space (optional) and share reflections between sessions.
How do I know if this is the right fit for me?
