- You have a history of cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, severe psychiatric conditions (such as schizophrenia or psychosis), are pregnant (especially in the first trimester or considered high-risk), or are recovering from recent surgery or injury, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating.

Meet your Guide
I’m Carmen—a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, therapist, and yoga teacher— and I guide with the tools that have supported my own healing the most.
My journey with Breathwork began with dynamic, intense practices inspired by the SOMA method and Wim Hof. Over time, my path shifted when my dear friend and teacher Catalina Rojas introduced me to a gentler, more intuitive way of breathing. Since then, this softer, trauma-sensitive approach has become both my personal practice and what I now offer to others.
My work weaves together the power of conscious circular breath, Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), yogic wisdom, and energy healing. I hold a safe, nurturing space where breath becomes a gateway to emotional release, self-discovery, and lasting transformation.
